To strengthen ASUS’s relationships with key distributors and resellers in Singapore, ASUS seeks to integrate eCommerce capabilities into their website, allowing customers to easily search and research products. The goal is to enable all B2B2C tracking, sales, and fulfillment to be conducted directly through their new webstore to support the Employee Purchase Program.
Streamlining In-Store Purchases
To enhance consumer experience across all online and offline sales channels, ASUS also aims to enable a seamless O2O shopping journey. This includes online product discovery, special discount offers, and support for sales in physical stores, upselling, and product maintenance.
Integrating Backend Data
With numerous resellers fulfilling online orders for ASUS Singapore, ASUS wants to integrate the backend of each reseller into a unified distribution network. The plan is to facilitate all B2B tracking, sales, and fulfillment directly through the new webstore while still catering to the B2C market.

The built-in B2B features of Magento Commerce are utilized to support ASUS's B2B sales and promotion strategies, while the B2C commercial support is integrated with the B2B capabilities of the webstore.
O2O Customer Experience
The solution developed by SmartOSC integrates ASUS Singapore's online and offline activities with fully integrated inventory management, enabling ASUS to easily track product fulfillment across the region from both online sales and distributors. This system also offers order collection and self-checkout in-store through an integrated POS frontend.
Data-Driven Omnichannel Strategy
SmartOSC integrates ASUS Singapore's data flow with Antsomi 365 CDP to track customer information at every interaction point. This allows ASUS to understand consumer behavior and provide personalized marketing content and promotions, elevating ASUS's customer service to a higher level.

ConnectPOS provides a variety of modern technology solutions for ASUS's evolving payment and delivery needs, including Click and Collect order fulfillment options, in-store facial recognition using artificial intelligence, diverse payment options, and touchless QR codes, all operational even without an internet connection.

This omnichannel solution is designed to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers by leveraging various AWS services such as Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, S3 storage, WAF, and CloudWatch. This comprehensive AWS integration helps ASUS enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
