Technology Consultation
United Cellars approached SmartOSC with an eCommerce project built on Magento 2.4.3. Our consulting services include Project Implementation, Data Synchronization for Auction Features, Magento Updates, and more.
Website Reconstruction
SmartOSC faced the challenge of reconstructing the website functionalities that previous vendors could not complete. This phase took three months.
While awaiting Phase 1 to go live, SmartOSC proactively prepared a new environment for the Magento update. This allowed both phases to go live together, significantly reducing the launch time for United Cellars.
Auction Functionality
We rebuilt the entire auction process, enhancing bid placement, automatic bidding, and optimizing performance.
Addressing UX Requests
United Cellars requested a complex auction feature where users could bid on the same product in two different locations simultaneously. SmartOSC proposed an alternative solution where the client would duplicate Netsuite data, synchronize it with Magento, and group products for bidding in multiple locations, ensuring a seamless user experience. Our solution required less effort while meeting client demands.
Extension Customization
To meet client requests, SmartOSC developed custom solutions for essential features like filtering, searching, and auction functionalities rather than using off-the-shelf extensions.
