Our Key to Success
Rapid Regional Rollout with Sitecore
To shorten launch time when developing websites for various regions, SmartOSC utilized Sitecore. Our partner's Content Import Tool accelerated the import of Excel files and the creation of new content pages. We also developed the RA Multi Region Connector solution to centralize content by migrating it from the previous database to the new RA Content Repository.
Enhancing Data Analytics
To add further functionality, SmartOSC proposed and developed a system to collect data on download events. Additionally, the search function was configured with analytics to capture user search keywords, providing valuable insights into user behavior.
Personalized Customer Experience
Four new web page templates were created. The site now has a modern appearance and the ability to personalize the customer experience based on individual customer profiles. Content can also be customized, providing a better experience that fosters loyalty.
