COURTS aims to build an omnichannel approach to unify experiences in their physical and online stores. The newly implemented click-and-collect system allows customers to purchase products online and pick them up in-store. This system is key to blending the traditional in-store shopping experience with the online experience, providing customers with more options on how they want to shop.

COURTS wants to launch an email marketing campaign as part of its efforts to enhance promotions for their stores. By integrating Emarsys, a powerful marketing automation platform, COURTS is able to coordinate their marketing channels to personalize brand messages, product offers, and discounts in both physical and online stores.
