Data Centralization 


Aspire's data related to offers and exclusive bids is stored in various architectures, both internal and external. The processes for managing, retrieving, and presenting this data are complex and inefficient.

Aspire needs to centralize its data and develop a more intuitive backend. This interface must provide faster and more efficient services to their clients, allowing for easy editing, deletion, and creation of content within the database.

Sitecore CMS 


A fast and powerful system with an easy navigation design is essential for attracting new clients to Aspire. The platform chosen to build this system must be capable of providing a premium experience for VIP customers while also being scalable for future growth. As a highly scalable and customizable platform, Sitecore aligns perfectly with Aspire's needs. A data repository system was developed to centralize and manage content while providing robust tools for Aspire's clients.

 

Digital Content Storage Center 


The Digital Content Storage/Repository Center was built to provide services for Aspire's clients, including database access, embedded UI, and user login, while consolidating their data into a single source using an API framework. This enables Aspire to offer real-time access to clients for information and offers, which they can then provide to their customers. The system is designed to be scalable both horizontally and vertically, allowing the platform to grow as needed. With a platform that is easy to configure, customize, and expand, third-party vendors can access the Aspire platform, enabling them to develop new functionalities using extensions. A Customer Key authorization system was also adopted, allowing each client to be uniquely identified and enabling different accessibility configurations for data access.

To prevent disruptions for end-users, the system is designed so that client applications can connect with various versions of APIs. When they need to update or change an API, SmartOSC can adjust and test on the second API version without interrupting the services provided to customers.

 

Enhanced Features 


Along with the implementation of the Digital Content Repository Center, SmartOSC also implemented several other enhancements to improve Aspire's overall functionality and usability. The Sitecore backend was configured and optimized according to Aspire's needs. A user-friendly admin interface was designed to manage and edit information in the repository more intuitively. Aspire's backend users were also trained to use the new Sitecore backend UI interface.

We implemented additional features to simplify navigation and search functions, making content management easier. A role-based Sitecore Security Workflow was also set up for this project, ensuring that all content goes through a defined series of statuses before publication, and only certain users can access and edit that content.
