TMG’s Supplier Information System (M-SIS) has been developed to provide a complete platform for business analytics and reporting for The Mall Group’s suppliers. Key features include:
- Web Application with Single Sign-On (SSO): By implementing SSO through M-Authentication (based on AWS Cognito), M-SIS benefits from enhanced security, simplified user management, and a seamless user experience. This allows brands to easily access the portal and related applications while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
- Access Management and User Rights: Supported by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), this system offers improved security by assigning roles and permissions based on user functions, enhancing compliance, and streamlining operations by ensuring users only access necessary data and features. RBAC also enables effective monitoring and auditing capabilities.
- Area Hubungan Masyarakat: Sebagai pusat terpusat untuk menerbitkan pengumuman, berita, dan pembaruan, Area Hubungan Masyarakat di M-SIS memungkinkan TMG untuk berkomunikasi informasi penting secara efisien, mengurangi kesalahpahaman. Ini meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan mitra bisnis, menghasilkan hasil yang lebih baik. - Integration with SAP and Food Costing: SmartOSC assists TMG in connecting SAP and Food Costing systems to achieve aligned interface information with the MEPPAY system.
- Reporting Functionality: This feature provides TMG with detailed sales reporting by consignment suppliers, accounts payable, and food court creditors. Brands can customize reports based on TMG companies, branches, due dates, brands, and departments. The feature includes drill-down and filtering options for due dates, departments, product codes, or brands. This reporting also supports TMG’s dynamic discount fields, allowing adjustments or reductions based on discount type configurations.
- Data Mapping and Master Data Management: SmartOSC aids in defining and organizing data elements such as departments, companies, and payment terms, as well as mapping data between systems for accurate and effective management.
